Plan the Logo for the Finished Tie

A tie narrows toward the knot, changing the visible logo area when worn. Review logo scale, direction, and blade width to keep the mark readable, correctly placed, and clear of unwanted edge cropping.

Printed Logo Details

A printed logo tie brings together artwork, placement and fabric color. Private label finishing can carry the same identity onto the reverse and packaging.

Logo Edges and Color

Screen or digital printing is selected around the artwork and material. Solid marks, multicolor graphics and fine lettering produce different print requirements.

Placed or Repeated Branding

The logo can be positioned on the blade or arranged as a repeat. Its scale and spacing are developed around the finished tie dimensions.

Reverse-Side Branding

Custom labels and hang tags add product and brand information. Individual packing or gift presentation can accompany the printed tie.

Prepare Logo Artwork for Printing

Provide the clearest brand file available. Before sampling, confirm logo scale, color, lettering, orientation, and placement on the tie.

  • Vector Artwork
Supply AI, PDF, or CDR files when available to keep logos, crests, icons, and lettering clear when resized. Supply or convert fonts to preserve letterforms.
  • High-Resolution Raster Artwork
PSD, JPG, or PNG images need enough resolution at print size. Small web images may not reproduce cleanly.
  • Logo Dimensions and Orientation
State the width or height of marks, badges, text, or symbols, and show their direction on the worn tie.
  • Color Reference
Pantone codes, physical samples, or agreed digital references can guide corporate color approval. Approve the result on the selected material.

Choose a Logo Placement Layout

Choose the layout for the required logo visibility. Approve scale, spacing, direction, edge clearance, and position on the complete tie after knotting.

  • Single Front-Blade Logo
A focal mark for corporate uniforms, ceremonies, or gifts. Check position against the tie tip, knot, and expected jacket line.
  • Straight Repeated Logo
Regular branding across the blade needs agreed motif size, row spacing, direction, and partial-logo cropping at the edges.
  • Offset Repeated Logo
Staggered rows give a less rigid pattern. Approve the offset and repeat distance on the tapered blade.
  • All-Over Branded Layout
Logos and backgrounds for events, promotions, or private labels need agreed print coverage, cropping, direction, and visibility when worn.

Select the Print Method by Artwork and Material

LuxoTie selects the print method for the logo detail, color count, coverage, and material; methods are not interchangeable.

  • Screen Printing
Simple logos, text, and defined color areas need line detail, color count, print size, and material compatibility checked before sampling.
  • Digital Direct Printing
Multicolor logos, fine details, and color transitions need high-resolution artwork and sample approval on the selected fabric.
  • Heat Transfer
Multicolor or full-color graphics need project review of fabric compatibility, coverage, transfer behavior, and feel.

Match the Tie Dimensions to the Logo Layout

Blade width changes the available logo area, while length affects fit and the design’s position when tied. Choose both measurements before finalizing the artwork, especially for fixed single-logo placements.

  • 8 cm Width
A balanced starting width for corporate, event, and branded ties. Approve logo size and placement on the finished blade.
  • 7 cm Width
A slimmer option for modern uniforms and branded styling. Less logo space may require adjusted lettering or spacing.
  • 9–10 cm Width
Traditional or broad styles show more artwork. Check repeat scale so logos do not look too widely spaced.
  • 6 cm Width
Slim fashion or promotional ties have limited logo space. Check small text and detailed emblems carefully.
  • 135–155 cm Length
Standard adult lengths are 135–155 cm; child or special lengths are available by project. Select for the wearer group and recheck logo positions measured from the tip or knot.

Approve the Logo on the Finished Tie

Use the physical sample—not only a screen proof—to check logo clarity, color, size, orientation, placement, and edge cropping on the finished tie. Before bulk production, the approved reference should also include the tie dimensions, material, interlining, labels, and packaging.

Custom Logo Printed Tie FAQs

Custom logo printed ties carry company marks, event emblems, text, or crests for corporate uniforms, conferences, promotions, gifts, distributors, and private-label programs. Single front-blade, regular repeat, offset repeat, and all-over layouts suit different visibility and design needs.
Choose the material and finished dimensions before finalizing the logo artwork. LuxoTie offers polyester or a silk-polyester blend, widths from 6 to 10 cm, and lengths from 135 to 155 cm, with child or special lengths reviewed by project. A narrower blade reduces the available logo area, while the material can change the printed color and surface appearance.
Send AI, PDF, PSD, CDR, JPG, or PNG artwork, plus the intended logo dimensions, direction, placement, and color reference. Vector files are preferred for logos and lettering; raster files should have enough resolution at print size. LuxoTie reviews the artwork with the selected material and method, then the physical sample should be approved for clarity, color, position, cropping, and finished construction.
The MOQ for custom logo printed ties is 100 pieces. A standard sample usually takes 5–7 days, and standard bulk production usually takes about 20–25 days after the artwork, material, dimensions, sample, and packing details are approved. Complex artwork, special materials, quantities below 100, or special packaging require project review and may change pricing, sampling, or production timing.
For an accurate custom logo printed tie quote, provide the logo file, preferred placement or repeat, color reference, material, width, length, quantity, labels, and packaging. Also include the destination and required date. Available packaging includes individual OPP, paper cards, color, gift, or display boxes, cloth bags, and outer cartons; final packing and shipping marks are confirmed for the project.
