Six Stages from Project Brief to Delivery
Each stage explains what the buyer provides, what LuxoTie completes, the required result, and what may affect timing.
1. Submit Project Requirements
Send the details needed to define the initial product scope and prepare the project for technical and commercial review.

Send logo or pattern files, branding requirements, sample references, and packaging needs.
2. Review Feasibility and Quote
LuxoTie reviews the requested materials, processes, packaging, quantity, and schedule before issuing a project-specific quotation. The review usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on complexity.

LuxoTie checks the fabric, jacquard, printing or embroidery method, dimensions, logo details, and packaging. - Quotation Scope
The quotation records the product plan, pricing, sample requirements, payment terms, and proposed schedule. - Buyer Confirmation
The buyer reviews the material, process, packaging, and commercial terms before sampling begins.
3. Develop the Sample
After the sample requirements are confirmed, LuxoTie prepares a product sample, woven swatch, or printed proof for buyer review.

The buyer confirms the logo, pattern or stripe files, material, dimensions, colors, and requested sample type. - Sample Preparation
LuxoTie produces the agreed sample or swatch and checks its construction, artwork, color, and finish. - Cost and Timing
Sample fees are usually USD 10–45. Standard samples usually take 5–7 days, while expedited samples take about 3 days. Timing depends on the project details.
4. Approve the Production Standard
The buyer reviews the sample and provides written approval or revision comments. The approved details become the reference for mass production.

Confirm the material, size, color, hand feel, construction, logo effect, and workmanship. - Revision Control
Requested changes may require an updated sample and can affect cost or timing. - Written Approval
Approved sample details, artwork, dimensions, colors, packaging, and final specifications become the production standard.
5. Produce and Inspect the Order
Mass production starts after the sample and final specifications are approved in writing and the required 50% deposit has been received. Standard production takes about 20–25 days, depending on the project.

Incoming, in-process, and final checks cover materials, color, construction, appearance, dimensions, packaging, and quantity. - Progress and Inspection
LuxoTie provides reasonable updates and, where practical, photos or video. The buyer may arrange third-party inspection before shipment.
6. Pack and Arrange Delivery
Finished goods are packed to the confirmed requirements and prepared for release after the agreed inspection is complete and the remaining payment conditions are met.

LuxoTie applies the approved labels, individual packaging, carton requirements, and shipping marks. - Final Records
Packing quantities, carton condition, commercial invoice, packing list, and applicable origin documents are prepared and checked. - Payment and Release
The remaining 50% is due after the agreed inspection and before shipment or release unless written order terms state otherwise. - Shipping Arrangement
Door-to-door delivery or the agreed Incoterms 2020 rule is confirmed together with the named destination, transport method, and order documents.
