Define the Product Before Sampling

Set the specification around the intended use, material, appearance, branding, presentation, and construction. Special materials, structures, packaging, or orders below 100 pieces require project review.

  • Material: Choose silk in different momme weights, textured polyester, blends, wool blends, organic cotton, or GRS recycled polyester by project.
  • Dimensions: Set standard or special lengths, children's sizes, widths from 6 to 10 cm, and custom proportions.
  • Colors and Patterns: Specify fabric colors, Pantone references, stripes, printed artwork, jacquard patterns, or corporate brand colors.
  • Logo Methods: Select jacquard weaving, screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, embroidery, or gold and silver foil based on the design.
  • Labels and Packaging: Coordinate brand, size, and care labels, hang tags, bags, cards, boxes, cloth bags, or outer cartons.
  • Tie Construction: Confirm 3-fold, 5-fold, 7-fold, half-lined, or unlined construction, mainly for silk neckties.

Production Support for Custom Tie Projects

LuxoTie coordinates dedicated neckwear production, product development, staged inspection, and delivery preparation based on approved project requirements.

  • Owned Tie Production
The Shengzhou facility handles material checks, cutting, printing, interlining, sewing, pressing, inspection, labeling, packing, and shipment preparation.
  • Product Development Support
Sales and development teams review product direction, materials, artwork, dimensions, sampling needs, and approved supplier inputs.
  • Quality and Delivery Management
Incoming, in-process, and final checks support packing confirmation, shipment coordination, and export document preparation.

Keep Repeat Tie Orders Consistent

A repeat order starts with a clear reference. Keep the approved sample together with the artwork, fabric details, dimensions, label layout, and packaging specification. These give both teams a practical basis for comparing the next batch.

When reordering, share the previous order reference and note any changes to quantity, delivery date, or design. If the material, color, or construction changes, review those details before production.
