Custom Logo Woven Ties
Turn your logo, text, or crest into a woven tie design by confirming readability, placement, yarn colors, dimensions, labels, and packaging.
- Materials: Polyester, Silk-Polyester Blend, or Pure Silk
- Dimensions: 6–10 cm wide and 135–155 cm long; special sizes by project
- Logo Method: Jacquard-woven logos, text, or crests in repeated or placed layouts
- Brand Finishing: Interlining, brand label, size label, care label, or hang tag
- Packaging: OPP bag, paper card, box, cloth pouch, and outer carton options
Final timing depends on artwork approval, logo complexity, material availability, quantity, labels, packaging, and production scheduling.

Approve Logo Readability Before Weaving
LuxoTie reviews line weight, small text, color count, motif size, placement, and repeat before jacquard mapping. Fine lines, gradients, photographic detail, or complex multicolor artwork may need simplification. The weaving layout and sample become the bulk-production reference after approval.
Woven Logo and Finishing Details
The logo is woven into the fabric. Review its appearance with the finished tie proportions and reverse details.
Choose a Logo Layout That Fits the Tie
Logo scale and placement change visibility after weaving, cutting, and knotting. Mark orientation, exact position, and repeat spacing for layout review before sampling.
- All-Over Repeating Logo
Corporate, event, and branded merchandise designs need an agreed logo scale, direction, spacing, and edge layout. - Positioned Blade Logo
Place one mark on the front blade. Define its size and distance from the tip before approving the weaving layout. - Crest or Emblem
Fine lines and internal details in club, association, school, or organization symbols need review for clear weaving. - Text or Initial Motif
Names, initials, dates, and short identifiers need readable letter height, stroke weight, spacing, and orientation at the chosen size.
Select the Material for Your Brand Program
Material affects feel, surface, and cost. Review the woven logo and color on the selected material because fabric construction can change the result.
- Polyester
For corporate, school, event, and higher-volume programs, confirm the chosen yarn colors and woven sample in the final construction. - Silk-Polyester Blend
Compare feel, surface, and logo definition on the sample against the intended market and budget. - Pure Silk
For brand, executive, club, or gifting programs specifying silk, review the jacquard texture, color appearance, and finished-tie sample before bulk production.
Set the Width and Length Before Logo Placement
Tie dimensions determine the available logo area and its position on the finished blade. Standard widths run from 6 to 10 cm and lengths from 135 to 155 cm; special dimensions require project review before sampling.
- 6–7 cm Width
The narrower blade leaves less logo space. Recheck logo width, edge clearance, and repeat scale. - 8–9 cm Width
Broader corporate, club, retail, or uniform ties need logo size and placement checked against the finished blade. - 10 cm Width
The widest listed standard option needs silhouette, motif scale, and interlining approved together. - 135–145 cm Length
The shorter listed lengths. Confirm wearer needs and final logo position before sampling. - 150–155 cm Length
The longer listed lengths. Confirm finished length, blade proportions, and placed-logo position. - Special Dimensions
Supply exact measurements outside the listed combinations for feasibility and quotation review before final artwork.
Confirm Brand Colors in Woven Yarn
Screen colors are not a production reference for woven fabric. Provide Pantone codes or a physical color sample, then review the selected yarn combination and the logo on a weaving swatch or finished sample before bulk approval.
- Pantone Color Reference
Supply the brand’s Pantone reference and approve the closest feasible yarn color on the selected material. - Physical Color Sample
To match an existing uniform, product, or approved brand item, send a current, representative sample and identify the target area. - Yarn Combination Review
Adjacent yarn colors can affect multicolor logos, crests, stripes, and repeats. Check that small details remain distinct. - Weaving or Finished-Sample Approval
When color and logo appearance are both critical, approve the physical reference before bulk production; photos and screens may display color differently.
Match Packaging to Distribution and Presentation
Packaging can protect each tie, carry project information, or prepare it for retail and gifting. Confirm the unit pack, printed content, box or pouch, carton quantity, shipping marks, and destination requirements before production.
- OPP Bag
For standard individual protection and bulk distribution, confirm whether labels, paper cards, or barcodes must be packed with each tie. - Paper Card
Retail, event, school, and organization cards carry product information. Provide approved size, artwork, language, and packing orientation. - Color, Gift, or Display Box
For retail presentation, executive gifts, and event gifting, confirm the box style, printed artwork, insert needs, dimensions, and unit quantity. - Cloth Pouch
For reusable presentation in brand, club, or gifting programs, confirm the material, color, branding artwork, size, and how the tie should be folded inside.
